| How do I add an article to your site? |
Click on the "Add Article" link located at the footer of every page. Fill in the information as required by each space. You may include up to three images. Your name or nickame, along with your email, is required. Make sure to include a valid and accurate email address because you will be sent a verification email, which will allow you to activate your listing at the email address you provide.

| How do I change the currency by boat is listed in? |
| In the pricing section of your “Add Your Listing” form you’ll find a box called Price is in. Here you can scroll down and select the appropriate currency. Contact us if you can’t find the currency you need. |
| What is the cost per listing? |
Signing up and listing your boat today is completely FREE...and it will be for at least your first two months. Thereafter, you will have the option to continue advertising your boat at a competitive price.

| How much does it cost to add my listing ? |
Nothing! For the first two months of your membership, our services are completely free. We will take this time to upgrade our website making it more complete and easier to use. Additionally, we’ll be conducting an extensive marketing campaign. Raising the website itself in search engine standings.

| Can you list my boat listing? |
| Yes, if you are having difficulties adding your boat listing to our site, we would be happy to help you in any way possible. In extreme cases, we will add the listing ourselves, but we prefer to walk you through the process, sending you step by step details. This way you will be able to make changes at any point, without having to wait for our availability. |
| My boat does not appear in the boat search result list. Why? |
There may be several reasons for this.
Make sure that the “Publish This” box at the bottom of the “Add Your Listing” form has been checked.
Make sure you are searching in the right region. If you can’t find it in the region you selected, try searching through "Select All". If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll try to figure out why that is. |
| How do I add images to my listing? |
From your computer
Sign in to your account and click on the name of the boat listing you wish to add pictures to. Go to the picture section of the "Manage Your Boat Listing" form and click on the "Browse" button at the right of the field.
A new window will appear. The "Look in:" box tells you where on your computer you are searching. Go to the right directory and select the picture you want to include - ex. view.jpg
Then click on the "Open" button.
Your picture is now added. Go to the next box and do the same.
Once you have added all your pictures, click on the "Submit" button at the end of the page.
From another website
o to the website where you'll find your images.
Click to enlarge the images you wish to place in your Glo-Con advertisement. Right click on the image and select "Save Picture As".
Save the picture to your desktop using a familiar and practical name –
Ex. view.jpg. One you have selected photos and saved them to your desktop, go to cars.glo-con.com Sign in as usual, entering your email and password.
The properties you have added will appear in the screen before you.
Click on the image or name of the boat you wish to add pictures to.
Go to the picture section of the "Manage Your Boat Listing" form and click on the
"Browse" button at the right of the space
A new window will appear. Make sure that at the top of the screen in the "Look in:" box you see "Desktop". Select the picture you want to include –
ex. view.jpg. Click on the "Open" button.
Your picture is now added. Go to the next box and do the same.
Once you have added all your pictures, click on the "Submit" button at the end of the page.

| How do I edit my listing? |
Sign in as usual, entering your email and password.
The vehicles you added will appear in the screen before you.
Click on the image or name of the vehicle you wish to edit.
Change the information as necessary and then click on submit. |
| How can I add a listing which will show up in the "for rent" and "for sale" section? |
| You must create two advertisement for the boat. For a boatthat is for sale, check the “For Sale” box located in the "Selling/Rental Pricing Options" box section. For rentals, check the “For Rent” box. |
| Are there any rules to adding boat listings? |
We insist that all material submitted to Glo-Con must adhere to out terms and conditions. We review our listings periodically and will omit anything that we feel is inappropriate. Moreover, you will be banned from future posting on our site.

Go to the "Help" section for details on how to build an effective ad. It is located at the footer of each page.

| I have forgotten my username and password. What should I do? |
| On my Glo-con site my contact details have been suddenly hidden. Why ? |
This happens after your free two months trial period has expired. You can still be contacted by clients via the contact form on your glo-con site. You will receive those inquiries in your normal mail box and you will also be able to read the message, but the contact details of the person writing to you will also be hidden.
In order to see the contact details, you must log into your account and click on "Order Paid Services". There you can choose the service you want and your preferred method of payment.
If you pay by credit card, your ordered service will be activated immediately and you will receive your invoice automatically by email. If you prefer to pay by money transfer, Western Union, post or cheque, please send us an email as soon as you have paid. We will then activate your service. If you don´t notify us that you have paid, it will take a much longer time to activate the service. Without written notification from you, we will only activate the service once the payment has been received. It is, therefore, very important that you notify us once you have taken care of the payment. |
| I added an article and I looked on the Glo-Con site but could not find it there |
If you added an article and can´t find it after some days on the website, this means it has not been approved by Glo-con.
Every article is read by us before it is published. If we believe an article does not fit with our terms and conditions (ie. it is pure advertising, or comprised of hate literature) Glo-Con will not publish it.
You can add your listing in our boat listing section. The article section, on the other hand can be used to include interesting information about your make of vehicle, or about a driving experience you may have had. There is a section at the end of each article where you can then include links back to your site and listing. |
| I want to pay for the listing of my boat for a year, and have my contact details unblocked so people can contact me . How can I pay ? |
Log into your account by entering your email address and password (the same one you used to originally sign in). In your admin area click on the link "Order Paid Services". Here, choose the service you want. After this, choose your preferred method of payment. If you are paying by credit card/paypal, your service will be activated immediately and automatically. However, you will still you have to go back to your admin area where you will see that you received credit points. You can use these credit point for the service you ordered. The service is not automatically activated, as there are many clients who have several listings. In this way, users can decide for which listing they would like to use their credits.
If you choose to pay by money transfer or simply by sending the money in a letter as registered post, please send an email to info@glo-con.com to confirm that you have paid. Once we receive this email confirmation from you, we will activate your account. |
